Super Cattivo

It is time for an Aperitif made honestly and natural, because that is what we like to drink. Super Cattivo is an organic wine based bitter aperitif handmade from selected fruits and aromatics in Burgenland Austria.

Super Cattivo is rooted in New York City on the friendship of Tristan and Daniel and grew up with Franz back in Burgenland. After some years of try and error in different cellars and garages for ourselves Super Cattivo has finally found its home in the wine cellars of Franz´s family in Horitschon.

 

real ingredients - no compromises

Super Cattivos ingredients can be counted one ones fingers and the same time we are very generous : hundreds of kilos of best fruits directly from organic orchards carefully selected wine from the Burgenland or dozens of Bourbon vanilla beans are meeting in stainless steel tanks.

Every pomerance, bergamotte, lemon, cedro, mandarin or vanilla bean we sliced open ourselves.

wine and liquor are tasted and aproofed by Franz, winemaker in 5th generation .

Any additives like, conservatives, stabilizer or coloring we skip!

Aperitivo

Aperitivo is probably the most beautiful part of drink and food culture, though neglected outside of Italy.

Super Cattivo wants to take care of this. This is the perfect excuse to say cin cin to life, between, before and after lunch and dinner.

Try Super Cattivo pure on ice or to pimp up bubbles, mixed with tonic or in cockatils like a wonderful Negroni. Super Cattivo fits all occasion and is the organic alternative to industrial standards.
